5 ways to overcome addiction
I’ll be the first to admit that i was at one point in my life addicted to marijuana. I personally am not bragging at all about it. More so that i am no different than anyone else who walks this earth. But anyhow i had broke the addiction simply by coming to a place in my mind where i no longer needed it.
It was like i found somethings in life that give me that certain high. But i was mainly just smoking getting high because i was down mentally not knowing where my real mother is. Also i was not happy where my life was heading. To break an addiction you have to first want to break it.
This is not a fly by not operation. You have to want to live a better life outside of your addiction. Also you have to believe you can overcome it. I believe that those are the 2 main things which had helped me.
Heres 5 ways that you can break your addiction
- Say that you want to and believe you want to
- Stop hanging around those who are addicted to what you are
- Take control of your mind daily, taking baby steps first
- Want to live a bigger life than what you are living
- Spend time with those who are empowering and positive
That is some very powerful ways that i used myself personally to break many addictions i’ve had. If i can do it so can you. Nothing in life is more powerful than your mind and (God).

Is that many people have a strong desire to. Meaning that they have gotten sick and tired of being sick and tired. Also how they go about thinking daily. How do you start your day?
I know a vast amount of us start it out on a regular routine. Doing the same thing over and over each day. But that tends to hand us the same results. We all go through this phase in life. Letting the negative mindset of not having enough. More so being afraid to do things so we do not end up so called poor. I know i’ve been on that road and i am glad that i no longer can frequent it.
Money is something that i enjoy having around me. I never talk about it negatively. Because the way that you talk about having money is the way that you will have it. Also if you believe that you will not earn enough from your job then you will not. That is why i do not sit and fall into the mentality of working myself to death for money.
I am more for having your money work for you. Want to know how to wash away this mindset? Continue on and i’ll let you in on some secrets i use. Do you believe there is a limit on the amount you can earn?
That is the first thing you should answer. I personally believe there is unlimited amounts each of us can earn. Just look at how much money people earn doing what they enjoy and etc. But its not just about the money its about the happiness.

I Recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to live a better life and to stop killing yourself as well. A majority of us just work work work . From the moment we wake up and until our shift at work is over.
Timothy ferriss talks about hiring a personal assistant even if you do not need one. More so a virtual assistant. Just think about how much work you could get done if you hired a overseas virtual assistant who could get your work done while you are sleeping?
Then also he talks about how getting fired is a good thing. It makes you realize things that you never did before. Also that it will have you actin as you have never before. I was stunned for a few seconds after reading that.
Then i thought that’s true. Because how many of us know someone or ourselves have been stuck in a mediocre job? But anyways he also talks about how planning your dream vacation is not going to break the bank. He even gives information on how much his vacation cost. (not going to say where he went you can pick up the book to find out).
Then when Timothy ferriss said that he doesn’t have meetings for his business, my jaw dropped. But after reading why i could understand his reasons. But overall this book is amazing in every way possible. It is a definite read for anyone who wants to live a more enjoyable life and to stop killing yourself.

How to fully let go of a past lover/ Signficant other
This has to be one of the hardest lessons i’ve learned in my life. I was so deeply in love and thinking i found the one. When honestly i was just in love. I am thankful for the opportunity though.
After a few weeks i started feeling like crap 24/7. That had to be one of the lowest points i’ve ever came across in my life. That is a point that i am not going to cross again. Wanting to leave this earth and believe i was nothing good was not a good thing.
But i overcame that situation. The way that i was able to was by re evaluating myself. Knowing that it was only a temporary position. Also that i was able to start fresh on myself and my life. I no longer had to please someone else before pleasing myself. Do not please anyone before pleasing yourself.
Here is some tips to let go of the past lover/Significant other.
- Do not feel down about the situation
- Know that it happend for a reason
- Make the best of it
- Stay positive
- Know that god had a different plan for you
- Believe that everything good is coming from this situation

Why meditation is healthy
When i meditate i feel as if my soul is floating above me. Looking down on me in some sense. Also i feel as if i’m in a different world more relaxed and whatnot.
But i believe everyone should meditate on how they want they’re life to be and etc. Me i meditate at times to free my mind from the negativity and stressfulness that has built up. You can meditate on how you want your day to go or meeting a certain someone.
But before i meditate i pray and ask god to protect me while i meditate. You do not want anyone to crawl into your open spirit and take control. So try out meditating for a few minutes to see how you will feel.
