10 Tips on how to stay awake when your tired

- Drink plenty of water
- chew gum
- stretch
- Listen to music
- Believe you are not tired
- Talk to people
- Walk whenever possible to keep the blood flowing in your legs and body
- Have something filled with sugar not too much though
- Breath slowly and steadily
- Open windows to let fresh air in
That’s just a few that i use to stay awake when i am tired.
