10 Tips on how to stay awake when your tired

  1. Drink plenty of water
  2. chew gum
  3. stretch
  4. Listen to music
  5. Believe you are not tired
  6. Talk to people
  7. Walk whenever possible to keep the blood flowing in your legs and body
  8. Have something filled with sugar not too much though
  9. Breath slowly and steadily
  10. Open windows to let fresh air in

That’s just a few that i use to stay awake when i am tired.
