Are you thinking positive or negatively?

It’s a simply question. Lately for some reason i’ve been a little over worked. When i thought about it in my mind i was over worked. Therefore it led to me being negative and that is not how i enjoy being. But anyhow it takes something to make us realize what we are doing wrong. Relax your mind and open up to new things.
Thinking negatively can result from being mentally drained not physically. Our body responds to what our mind is telling us on a daily basis’s. That goes for anything that we do. If you get physically tired its mainly because in your mind is saying that your body is tired.
Just take a look back on your life at the times where you thought negative instead of positive and or vice versa. I’m not saying that negative thinking is bad just that positive thinking is more healthy. At times we have to adapt to our situations that we are in. Doing that decide what is the best action to take from there.
