Committing 100% to whatever we try is hard the very first time. Once you get the first try out of the way its not so hard anymore. Its like falling and getting back up. The getting back up part shows how persistent you are willing to be.
Believe in what you are doing. Believe that it is happening for a reason. Looking at the positive instead of the negatives. That will help you commit more.
How to commit to 100%
- Start off first believing that what you are trying is attainable. Meaning that no matter who has had it before you you can have it as well.
- Set a desired goal that you wish to obtain from achieving the goal by committing and what you will receive from it.
- Take action
- While taking action believe that the best possible result is going to come from it
- Remember that getting the first try out of the way is important afterwards its nothing.
- Rinse and repeat
Committing to things we want to try is not as easy as it seems. But with these tips you’ve been handed a very powerful set of tips.
