Visualization is important

This week has been pretty interesting. I had recently wrote about my car messing up and what not. But any how as i ride the bus i’m learning more and more what visualization takes.

I mean we sit and visualize things on a daily basis. But very little do we go into great detail. I am simply saying that we should go into more detail when we visualize.  Remember what you think about you bring about.

As i take my daily commute to and from work i visualize in great detail. Even when i’m workin i visualize how i want my life to be.  Even how i want to be and who i want to be.

Some tips to make the visualization easier

1. Calm down to a very relaxed state
2. Think about how you want to see yourself
3. Think about what you want to happen and have in your life
4. Write it down
5. Read it to yourself
6. Visualize what you just read to yourself
7. Take time to remember so you can visualize even when you do not have the paper you wrote your dreams on and etc.
