I used to have this problem. They used to control me mentally, and emotionally. You have to learn how to not let them defeat you. If you do not conquer self you will defeated by self.

Also Stop being so gullible towards them. When you are doing that they sense they can have they’re way with you. My father had told me to have a back bone and to stop letting people walk all over you. I still live by those words. You can as well if you choose to.

But here is some steps that i have developed to make dealing with negative supervisor’s more simple and joyful.

Know that you are nothing more than a co worker
Have a positive attitude as much as possible
Believe you are doing the best no matter what
Do not see the supervisor as competition
Focus on the positives about your job
Make sure you enjoy your job
If you do not enjoy your job make sure you are working toward something that you enjoy.

That is just a few simple steps that i use to help me stay positive around negative supervisors. Because i know that dealing with negative people will seem impossible. First change your thoughts.

How to stay motivated around lazy co workers

I’m not sure if you have to go through your days when you seem to be doing all the work. While your co workers do hardly anything. I know that can drive you up the great wall of china and over.

When i first witnessed it i was shocked. We all have our days. But i’m simply not saying that i do not ever have a lazy day at work, when i do. But i’ve learned there is a time for that.

Whenever i feel a sense of anger or stress starting to kick in i take a deep breath. Then say to myself what are you getting mad for? This is just a cake walk. Also that this is happening for a reason.

Find out how the situation benefits you. Instead of focusing on how it affects you. Stop crying saying things are not going your way. If they were going your way all of the time then something wouldn’t be right.

Do not let your Co workers have a big impact on you. We tend to become like the people we hang around in other words associate with. If you want to be successful and wealthy hang around those who are successful or working towards being successful.

Things have been interesting for me

Since I’ve gotten back from California. I recently have made the decision that i am going to move to California. There’s some people who do not want me to move there. But that’s not going to block my view.

We all have people that do not want us to do certain things in life. But if it’s something to benefit you in a positive way why not do it? So i just want to say i am sorry for the lack of updates. I’ve been filling out applications like no other. But i sure wouldn’t mind for my earnings to increase all around.

I know they will i just have to maintain my vision and positivity. If you are stuck in a dead end job you can make the decision to move to a better position. All it will require is for you to hustle harder.
