Are you developing a better character or destroying one?

Lately I’ve learned that character plays a big part in what you will become. If you know that there is bad habits that you need to break stop doing them. Self discipline can help you break those habits.

I realized that the bad habits that i had been doing i was not gaining anything from them. It took alot from me to stop doing them. While breaking them i told myself you do not have to do it.

What you say reflects who you are. For example just listen to how people speak and talk. Find out what you are about and what you represent. Doing those 2 little exercises will let you know alot about yourself.

When it comes down to the nitty gritty you can either become better than you were before. Or you could just stick with the same ole same ole person. There is no reason why you should stick with the same ole person you are.

Not saying that you are a bad person or what not. Instead I’m saying better yourself to become more than what you already are. Nothing is impossible to become. Think for yourself instead of letting people decide for you.

Decide what you would like to improve on and do it. Do it right now. If you are reading this from your cellphone, at your desk at work or at home. Start believing that you are capable of becoming a better person. Developing better character that you will enjoy being. Its all about making yourself happy.

    good post…

i talk to high school seniors about this all the time. because they don’t have a long work history, a lot of times employers are basing employment decisions on their character and perceived integrity.

i think that all people need to do a better job on adopting character/integrity increasing habits. i think that this is so hard for us to do because the bad habits and having low character is so much easier and sometimes more fun.

but if people are really out to become better versions of themselves, there is a level of sacrifice that is required.

    good post!
