How to believe in yourself when no one else does
Dealing with no one believing in you may be a hard thing to do. With whatever we try to do and have no support it instills a feeling of why are we even trying. But that is not a reason for us to stop trying.
You have to be willing to do it until you succeed. Put all that you’ve got into it and then some. When you do that each time you will turn it into a habit. A very good one that is beneficial.
Whenever i was younger i had started skateboarding, With dreams of becoming a pro skateboarder. As time went on i did not feel as if i had the support i yearned for. So i thought I’d do a grown up thing and stop. Which was one of the stupidest things to ever decide to do.
Thanks to my brother from another he got me back into it. I’m having fun everytime i step onto a skateboard. Even if there is no one believing in you but yourself its ok. That belief that you have within yourself let it take control and continue to grow. I’m saying that you should believe in yourself when others are wondering how you are capable of doing so.
Tips to believe in yourself when no one else does
- Stay positive
- have a desire for success
- Visualize sucess
- Take action
- Never accept failure (its a process in learning)
- Accept failure (you learn what not to do)
- Keep doing it as long as you are happy.

Desire means everything
Cause you have to honestly want to achieve success. That’s one of the main things that i’ve come across. With our day to day routine with what we do we should never settle for less than what we can do. If we continue to do what we are comfortable with then how will we grow.
You can say all you want that you want to try something. But until you actually have a desire to do it, then that’s when it will mean the most. So now decide that you will promise me and yourself that you will have a stronger desire to succeed in what you are doing.

I can’t accept not trying

photo credit: Jchetan Neither should you accept it. If there is something out there that you’ve been wanting to do, do it. Make sure you give your all as well. Not trying can start and build stress upon yourself.
Meaning that once you don’t try it tends to repeat itself. Its all whats on the inside that counts. You should have the desire to give it all you’ve got and then some. If you want to be the best do the best you can.
At times it may feel like what we’re doing is not worth it. Getting discouraged can become easier and easier to do. The secret to that is to keep going any ways.
Today no matter where you are make the decision that you are going to give anything you do your best. And mean it and stick to it.

I can be the first to tell you that dealing and coping with dissappointment is not easy. Setting goals and not achieving them is a hard thing for some to deal with.
But any how dissappointment is something that can either make your dreams seem real or fake. It can make you keep going harder or for you to just give up. There will come many times were it seems like if we take two steps forward we take one step backwards and etc.
Believe me you are going to get through it. Giving up is simply not an option, all it will do is make it worse. Not unless there’s a reasonable explanation that you can tell to yourself on why you decided to give up.
Some simple tips to deal with dissappointment
- Remain positive
- Know that if you keep going brighter days are going to shine
- Keep giving it your all
- Do not quit
Mentally rehearse your success
This is something that i recommend doing daily. If you do not mentally feel as if you have already achieved a desire goal then how will you know what to expect?
Mentally visualizing every aspect of how succeeding in any walk of life will make succeeding easier. There is countless studies of those who have become successful they visualized what success will feel like.
Myself personally i visualize what the feeling of achieving the goal is going to be like. Also i visualize myself attempting and achieving it. This is a Very great tool to use. Whenever the time comes it makes the attempt even easier.
Some tips to get you started with mentally rehearsing your success
- Pick a goal or something that you want to accomplish.
- Write it down and set a time limit for it
- Read it daily
- Mentally visualize already achieving it
These are the steps that i use and they work. The reason they work is because i believe . Without belief it will be hard for it to.
