Ways to channel anger
Ways that i have learned to channel anger is by reading books on self improvement. They have helped me to clear my mind of negativity. I’m not going to say all of it, but the majority.
Also meditation has helped me learn how to control my emotions. By being in a complete relaxed state and gain control over your mind has helped alot as well.
Ways to Channel anger
- Start meditating- It helps you gain more control over your mind. By doing so you will not be less likely to get upset,angry and etc. Also it provides many other good benefits, such as deeper level of relaxation, Builds self confidence and many other things
- Start doing Yoga-Believe it or not yoga is a great stress reliever. I had started doing some and it’s life changing
- Reading self improvement book-These books will help you to a great extent. But only if you apply what you’ve read
These are just a few ways to channel anger that you have. There are many other ways to do. It’s just some of the ways that i use. These ways have helped me out alot. Beyond what i can imagine. If i did not meditate i believe i wouldn’t be as relaxed as i am.

How to control your emotions better
Control our emotions seems like a very hard task to do. I mean i’m still working on controlling my emotions better everyday. This is not a one time thing to do and your able to do it every single chance you get.
Our emotions can get us further or they can get us no where. Remember to think and to not let your emotions control your destination in life.
But any how heres how to control your emotions better
- Instead of getting mad and yelling walk away and take deep breaths
- Stay positive while doing so
- Believe that it happened for a reason and solve it
- Take control by controlling how you react
