Facing your fears is really not that hard to do. Well let me stop for a second to some it may be something that is too far fetched. Probably thinking is this guy serious about facing our fears.

Well to be honest i am serious. The fear that me and you have is created by our mind. It’s as simple as that. Whenever we take control over our mind and realize what is real and what is not fear is easily defeated.

How to go about facing your fears

  1. Realize that they are only set up in your mind
  2. Believe you can conquer them
  3. Decide what you are going to do to conquer them
  4. Go full speed ahead until you conquer them

Once you take time to face your fear then doing so more often will not be so hard. Fear becomes something that is only temporary and not so hard to defeat. Another good thing about fear is that it will allow you to grow more.

Another good thing about facing your fears is that you will get rid of the old you who was used to being scared of doing things that you once were. Trust me it will be an amazing experience.


Review:Cultivating an unshakable character By Jim Rohn

I must say that this audio book was simply unbelievable just like the rest from Jim.  It starts off simply by getting you warmed up with a little story about character and success.

I’ve listened to it once now i’m listening again and taking notes. Some things he talks about are what the word character comes from. Courage, honesty, humor.

What really stood out to me when he was talking about humor is when he said how so people are naturally funny and those who aren’t and etc.

The fears that Mr Rohn had said shocked me but they were true. Here is some i wrote down in my journal

  1. Afraid of what might happen financially
  2. Afraid of getting sick
  3. Fear of helpness

Then a few minutes after the last one he said people who built this country faced problems we could only imagine today.

Do yourself a favor and pick this up asap it will change your life for the better.

How to trust your own judgement

I wish I had duck feet Learning how to trust our own judgement is not a easy task to learn i must say. For the fear of what can happen from our decision’s.  Sticking to your what your gut says is the best choice you can make.

Whenever you happen to be in a situation that requires a bit of thinking take some time and do what you feel is right. So what if people think you should do it another way. Do it your way. Trust me you will be happier, alot happier.

Ways to trust your own judgement

  1. Start believing in yourself- When i say this i mean in everything that you do. Not just a temporarily thing or a chore.  Whenever we do something half hearted the results resemble that.
  2. Accept yourself how you are-  Stop caring how your family views you, friends and etc. As long as you believe you are being yourself and who god made you to be, who’s to deny you of that?
  3. Love yourself- Love the joy you get out of being you. Love the way you look, act, smell, and etc
  4. Trust yourself- Trust yourself that you will make the right choice

Those are just a few tips you can use to learn to trust your judgement

Getting rid of anxiety is simple as 1-2-3

y2.d40 | worry lines In our life there is going to be quite a bit of times were we are scared. Most cause of the fear that presents itself. A simple step to do so is to first be honest with yourself.

A good speech you could say to yourself is i know I’m scared of trying but I’m going to go for it any way. That is one that i use. It helps me calm down and not be so afraid any more.

Our minds are the main reason that we are afraid. Along with the media, friends, family and etc. That does not simply mean that we are going to allow, them to continue molding us into how they think we should be?  If your fine with that then keep on doing just that.

But i’m pretty sure you want more than that and you deserve better. Take sometime to really analyze the whole relationship you have with yourself overall. With the goals you want to achieve. Those that you’ve achieved. Also what you are afraid of.

Fear What? you shouldn’t be scared nemore

 What is the need of being afraid? It’s almost then end of the year. That means we are going into a whole new one. Fear is simply a mindset. We all are born with fear.

Some choose to get rid of it and others not so much. I got rid of my fear, well most of it at least. It still comes back often then goes away. Zig Ziglar’s acronym for Fear is False Examples Appearing Real.

There hasn’t been a better way to put it. That is simple and plain. The things that we fear we believe that they are real. When it is something that we’ve created mentally. Then Began to believe it was real.

The world we live in many people around us are afraid of 2 major things dieing and change. Change is good and dieing we all are here on earth for a certain amount of time. That is why we all should live everyday like its our last.

Tips to get rid of fear

  • Think for yourself
  • Believe in what is real
  • Be open minded to change

Your mind is your main reality maker

That is the secret in creating the life you’ve always dreamed of. Those who are where you want to be they’ve had a shift in they’re beliefs. The reason they did that because they knew it required it. I am sure you know it requires such effort as well.

You can either stay where you are and get what you’ve always gotten or you can go for bigger and better things in life. Fear is a big part or being afraid of what we can achieve. I know that you’ve been in situations that required you to do something you never thought possible but you did it any way.

Because i simply remember changing the spark plug wires on my car. In which i had struggled so badly before doing it. Then i had said to myself that i am going to change these spark plug wires. While i attempted and did i was shocked. Realizing that it is true that we are capable of doing more than we can imagine.

So take sometime to think about that. What is it that you’ve been wanting to do but you don’t think you can? So from now on know you can.
