How to relax even when it seems impossible

I know that to many of us relaxing may be a hard thing to accomplish. We are so used to being a go go go mentality. From the time we wake up till we lay down to sleep at night. The way you start our your morning can determine basically how your day is going to be.

If you wake up turn on the computer, make coffee, then check emails, your phone to see if you have any missed calls and etc. You are starting your day off wrong.  Believe me i used to do this.

But any how lets get back to the main purpose to relaxing. The easiest way i find i’m able to relax is by doing something that does not require alot of mental stress. In other words alot of work. It could something simple as watching a movie or sitting watching youtube videos.

So after a long day at work instead of taking work home with you sit and enjoy time with your family. Playing with your kids watching a movie. Maybe even helping them with their homework.  Also get out from infront of the television after work you could be relaxing in a better way. Go for a relaxing walk with your wife, Girlfriend, and or kids.  The small things will make a huge difference.
