Ways to channel anger

items we carry Ways that i have learned to channel anger is by reading books on self improvement. They have helped me to clear my mind of negativity. I’m not going to say all of it, but the majority.

Also meditation has helped me learn how to control my emotions. By being in a complete relaxed state and gain control over your mind has helped alot as well.

Ways to Channel anger

  • Start meditating- It helps you gain more control over your mind. By doing so you will not be less likely to get upset,angry and etc. Also it provides many other good benefits, such as deeper level of relaxation, Builds self confidence and many other things
  • Start doing Yoga-Believe it or not yoga is a great stress reliever. I had started doing some and it’s life changing
  • Reading self improvement book-These books will help you to a great extent. But only if you apply what you’ve read

These are just a few ways to channel anger that you have. There are many other ways to do. It’s just some of the ways that i use. These ways have helped me out alot. Beyond what i can imagine. If i did not meditate i believe i wouldn’t be as relaxed as i am.

Why i choose to meditate and so should you

I had personally chose to meditate from seeing other people do it. The first person i believe to influence me to do so was russell simmons.  What amazed me was how relaxed he was while doing it. Also the success that he has.

But that did not stop me from doing my research. I learned a whole heap of information about it.

  • it builds self confidence
  • reduce’s stress level
  • deeper level of relaxation

I’m for one starting to notice more and more how i’ve gotten used to meditating. Every now and then i may miss a day. But believe me i find a way to get some sort of meditation in.  The main purpose for me meditating is to reduce my level of stress, be more relaxed, more self confident and to ease the tension on my body.

I’d suggest you to meditate if you want to become more intune with yourself. I’m not sure what they call it? More centered.  But i’m not going to decide for you that’s your decision on why you would and should.

Belief can move mountains

Bare Mountain Those who have high self Confidence they believe in themselves very highly.

How much do you believe in yourself? 

The answer to that should be beyond imaginable. But if you try something you have some type of belief in yourself. Because if you didnt you wouldn’t have tried it in the first place.

It’s more so are you willing to risk it and go for it. When you go for it your belief should be so strong that before you even attempt it, you can see yourself accomplishing it.

The great achievers believed in themselves why can’t you do the same?

Overall you can and much more.
