How to not get attached to someone

Getting attached to someone can be a very easy thing to do. Whenever we call them and they do not answer the phone we become somewhat filled with the thought that i need to get ahold of them.

I used to be like that. Now that i look back i think what was i thinking. But any how as long as we learn from our mistakes its what matters right?

The way that i was able to break my habit of getting attached to someone was through two things, self control and a quote from the movie heat.  The quote that Robert Deniro had said was ”Do not get attached to anything you cannot walk out on in 30 seconds flat, if you spot the heat coming from around the corner”.

I”m not saying i’ll do that with anyone. Because i will not. It’s simply a way for me to get back into reality.  Letting me know to let the other person live their life.  You have to trust the other person. But you have to trust yourself first.

3 simple ways to focus and stay focused

As humans we tend to have a short attention span. Especially being on the computer and having access to so many things all it takes  is a second.  But don’t let that stop you. Self control is the biggest motivator we can have.

1. Start doing things that are more enjoyable and effective wise. Remember the 80/20 rule 20% of what you do equals 80% of the results. Figure out how to do something easier and be more effective as well. Because when you do this it will literally blow your mind. You’ll probably say this is all it took. Because i know that i did and continue to do that.

2.  Believe in what you are doing Know that it is purposeful. Are debating with yourself is this worth it or am i just wasting my time? If so do what feels right within your heart.  Basically if what you are doing didn’t feel right you would’nt be attempting it.

3. Set rules and Guidelines for yourself We all have to do this even if we do not want to. Once you set rules for yourself and follow and stick by them live will go as you please.  Those who are were you want to be they set rules and guidelines for themselves. They followed them once they reached they’re goal and continued to.

Once you learn how to stay focused the most hardest thing in life will become a breeze.  Continue to enjoy you journey to success and your wonderful fulfilling enjoyable life.
